Prior to real estate, Chris built his professional foundation on managing multi-million-dollar projects for reputable construction companies Whiting-Turning Contracting and Kinsley Construction. In 2005, he transitioned into his role as a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and then joined Cummings & Co. a year later.

With a background in construction and engineering, no home inspection issue is too small or large for Palazzi to tackle, and as an investor himself, he offers a personal perspective on the process. Chris possesses an extensive database of trusted Maryland subcontractors and suppliers that he kindly offers to clients should an issue arise.

Chris takes pride in his Baltimore roots and wears his O’s orange and Ravens purple as a badge of honor. When he’s not closing deals, he enjoys skiing, biking, or playing basketball, as well as spending time with friends and family.

Chris is a graduate of Widener University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He grew up in Loch Raven Village, and currently lives in Locust Point where he volunteers for a variety of local committees.
