Jean is a native Baltimorean and a graduate of Towson University. She spent almost 20 years on the Board of Mosaic Community Services, a behavioral health organization and an affiliate of Sheppard Pratt where she instituted a special merit award for employees named in honor of her brother. Currently she supports and volunteers with Young Life/Baltimore City, working with middle and high school age kids and teen moms in the inner city.
