With an innate passion for helping others, John’s commitment to customer service and outstanding professionalism is second to none. A skilled real estate consultant, John delivers the highest service to ensure a comfortable and smooth real estate process as his clients make one of life’s biggest decisions. He takes great pride in providing careful, objective views and tactfully offers clients pertinent information needed to make informed real estate decisions.
A native of Cape May, New Jersey, John has been a Baltimore resident for over two decades. He began his real estate career in 2005, when he co-founded Elite Properties of Maryland, a residential property management company in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Managing over 325 properties in Canton, Federal Hill, Locust Point, and surrounding neighborhoods, John built the business to be one of the leading residential property management companies in Baltimore. As a result, he received the 2009 New Member Achievement Award from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
After selling Elite Properties of Maryland in 2011, John began to focus more on sales and was able offer his clients an extensive knowledge of Baltimore’s diverse neighborhoods and multi-faceted real estate market. He is fully versed on the school systems, restaurants, parks, as well as every other aspect that makes Baltimore an incredible place to live.
A previous resident of the Otterbein, Federal Hill, and Locust Point neighborhoods, John now resides in Perry Hall with his wife and two children. He enjoys basketball and competes in triathlons, and cheers for his kids’ sports teams from the sidelines.
Helping others not only inspires John in his career, but fulfills him in his personal life as well. When he isn’t helping a client buy or sell a home, he is serving others elsewhere. John has traveled to Haiti multiples times to lead teams in rebuilding the country’s communities and providing aid to those who need it the most.
