Cecilia is a Maryland realtor (the other half of Edelman Properties) with over 15 years of combined experience in property management and commercial and residential real estate. A proud member of Cummings & Co. Realtors, she joins her passion for helping people, with her love for the real estate business. Buyers and Sellers seek her out for her knowledge of the market, her tireless work ethic, her friendly and empathetic nature, and her exceptional communication and negotiation skills. She personally walks her clients through each and every step of the way in the home-buying/selling process to ensure they are comfortable with the decisions they are making. Cecilia knows that in any relationship, trust is key, and understands the lifetime value of the relationships she builds with each of her clients. She focuses on listening to her clients’ needs first, and is dedicated to providing the grit, patience and integrity that it entails to secure the smoothest, most successful transactions. A current Perry Hall resident, she is well-connected to her community, and is a volunteer grief-group facilitator for a local church, a parent ambassador at Catholic High, as well as a PRN at GBMC in the Cardiology/Ultrasound Department. She is extremely grateful for all the relationships and partnerships, business and personal, created through her careers. When she’s not selling homes in Baltimore County and the surrounding areas (having Worcester County/Ocean City in the mix), Cecilia is an animal lover, enjoys running, hiking, journaling, trying out new restaurants, traveling, soaking up beach-time all throughout the year…anywhere, and being surrounded by family fur-babies and hanging out with her older kiddos!
