I’m Nikki and I can’t wait to meet you!
Everything I do comes from a desire to cultivate community: growing our network, impacting clients positively, and giving back as much as and wherever possible to those in need. The foundation of everything I do is built on the fact that I value long-term relationships, loyalty, and treating people like gold above all else. I believe that when you consistently do the right thing and influence the lives of other people positively, anything is possible, and our impact is limitless. A Baltimore native, Nikki got into the real estate industry her sophomore year in college as an assistant to a local agent, and the rest is history! In the first chapter of Nikki’s career, she built her business with a focus on developing authentic, highly engaged life-long relationships.
As a result of her commitment to taking amazing care of her client base, her business grew exponentially, and she founded The Shelley Home Group in 2017 in order to ensure all of her clients would receive the boutique level of care, attention, and responsiveness they had come to expect from her.
Nikki and her husband, Dan, live in Westminster with their 2 kids (Avery and Tyler) and rescue dog, Camden. In her spare time, Nikki loves spending quality time with her family and friends, reading, traveling, renovating homes, running her Airbnb, and meeting up with other Mom’s.
