I am joining C&C with 40+ years of both an adventure and experience in the title industry. I started as a settlement officer at the largest real estate Law Firm in Baltimore City (Callahan, Caldwell, and Laudeman), opened offices, trained, and managed during the industry boom at one of the largest title companies in the Baltimore Metropolitan area (Fountainhead Title Group), owned and operated my own title company in Baltimore County (Title One Real Estate Settlement Services), and after a dozen years, joined a national company (North American Title) to expand my title knowledge and optimize my industry expertise.

My promise is to provide your clients with a smooth and seamless settlement as their home buying and selling process comes to the transaction end.
