I have lived and worked in York County for the past 30 years. In that time, I have become extremely familiar with, and knowledgeable of, the area and what it has to offer. Being a Realtor gives me the ability to put that knowledge to good use and help my clients find the home of their dreams!

A notable moment that speaks to his character as well came when a home that he helped me get under contract for turned out to have major home improvement needs after we completed a home inspection. Instead of pushing to get the deal done, James’ only focus was making sure I was comfortable with the decision to either walk away or move forward with the purchase. In addition, after supporting my decision to walk away, without losing stride he went right back into finding what would become the ideal home for me.
