Tyler Andrus is a 6-year veteran REALTOR® in the Baltimore Metro area who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every step of their real estate journey. Known for his dedication and attention to detail, Tyler approaches every transaction as if it were his own—an attitude that has helped him build strong relationships and a reputation for exceptional service. Over the years, he has proudly helped clients across a wide range of communities, from Northern Baltimore all the way to Ocean City, Maryland.
Tyler grew up in Harford County and attended Fallston High School, where he competed in soccer, tennis, and track. He went on to continue his soccer career at Salisbury University while earning his bachelor’s degree. Early in his real estate career, Tyler spent time flipping and reselling homes, an experience that gave him a sharp eye for both the positive and negative attributes of home construction—knowledge he now uses to guide clients toward informed, confident decisions.
Outside of real estate, Tyler enjoys fishing, golfing, coaching the Maryland Cerebral Palsy soccer team, and exploring local breweries with friends and family. He is also the co-founder of CallMySon, a nonprofit organization serving the Northern Baltimore area by providing senior citizens with simple services at no cost. His passion for helping others—both professionally and personally—continues to be the driving force behind his work.
