Bio
Melissa is passionate about Baltimore and its real estate. Some of her earliest memories are sitting at Maryland construction sites after school, watching her grandfather, mother, and aunts build custom homes and listening to them talk about their real estate trials and triumphs. For over a decade, Melissa has worked to continue to build on the foundations her family gave her. She is a homeowner, landlord, investor, and realtor. When not talking to people about real estate, she is talking about her two fantastic boys and her beloved dog Fred. Melissa understands that a property is much more than a pile of bricks on a foundation but is also an emotional and financial asset on which dreams are built. Whether you are upsizing, downsizing, relocating, or investing, she would love to help guide you through the rewarding process of purchasing real estate. |

“There are not enough positive adjectives to describe how great our experience was with Melissa. We began as strangers and are now like family. She is professional, courteous, friendly and diligent. She was tenacious in ensuring our interests were met and considered. We sold our home and purchased a condominium, on the same day. She was our agent, confidant and advocate throughout the process. She also respected our decisions, listened to our concerns, nudged us when we needed it and got us off the ledge when necessary. We HIGHLY recommend her!”

“Working with Melissa was a dream. She is knowledgeable, responsive, market savvy, and incredibly thoughtful. She's fantastic at listening to you and understanding your needs. Every step of the process was fantastic. Every professional she put me in touch with was responsive and stellar at what they do. When I started this process, I thought I would have to make a lot of compromises in what I finally got. Instead, the place I ended up with is so far beyond what I had hoped: it's truly a forever home.”

“Our house had been languishing on the market for four months, and the process had been beset with unanticipated pitfalls. We sought a fresh start and a neighbor had recommended Melissa, telling us she was “tenacious.” So true, and we found many other positive applicable adjectives — friendly, assertive, resourceful, available, comfortable and fun. She supported us magnificently through the nail-biting moments of the home-selling process.”
