Hi, I’m David Fender, and I’m proud to be your trusted local real estate guide in Harford County and the surrounding communities. My passion for real estate is backed by more than 30 years of corporate experience serving government and public sector clients, where customer service, attention to detail, collaboration, negotiation, and project management were critical to success. Those transferable skills now allow me to guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process with clarity, organization, and confidence.
As a local resident, I have a deep understanding of our schools, neighborhoods, and market trends from Bel Air to Aberdeen and beyond. I appreciate the unique character each community offers and take pride in helping clients find not just a house, but the right place to call home. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, relocating, upsizing, downsizing, or investing, my goal is to make your experience smooth, informed, and rewarding.
Real estate is about relationships and community. Outside of work, I stay actively involved by coaching soccer for a local middle and high school program, mentoring young athletes, and supporting their growth both on and off the field. I also enjoy staying engaged in community events and spending quality time with family and friends.
