York County native Shane Aughenbaugh is a full-time Pennsylvania realtor proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout York, Adams, and the surrounding South Central Pennsylvania region. After a successful career in corporate America, Shane followed his passion for real estate and joined his wife, Heather, full time in 2023.

Together, they lead The Aughenbaugh Team, a business built entirely on referrals and lasting relationships.

Shane and Heather work together on every transaction from beginning to end. They do not have “his” and “her” clients—every buyer and seller benefits from having two experienced realtors working together throughout the entire process.
