In 2005 Amanda Shipley bought her first home and the experience sparked her interest in real estate. She eventually became a landlord and property manager and networked with other landlords to assist in tenant placement based on her vast social network. In 2013 she became a licensed Realtor and by 2018 had sold over 100 homes. As an investor, she specializes in assisting other investors on their next best investments. And as a homeowner who has bought and sold her primary residences three times, she fully understands the process from the point of view of buyers and sellers and how to best guide them through it.
