Amanda became a licensed Realtor in 2011. She is married to local Maryland Home Builder Chesapeake Custom Properties, LLC. The Wolinski's have been buying, selling, renovating and building single family homes for over 25 years in the Baltimore area.
Her personal experiences within real estate as a buyer, seller & investor prove to be an incredible resource for all types of clients. She posses knowledge and expertise in new home building, renovations and investment properties that far exceeds her peers. Amanda was born and raised in Bel Air, MD, and is a graduate of Towson University. She attended University of Baltimore Law School where she specialized in Negotations & Conflict Managment. She now resides on Miller's Island, with her husband & 2 daughters.
