Amy Lindsey is a Licensed Transaction Manager with Key Transaction Management, a full-service real estate coordination company specializing in all aspects of the real estate process and exclusive partner with Cummings & Co Realtors.
In her role, Amy Lindsey works closely with Cummings & Co. agents to facilitate a smooth process from contract to close including but not limited to the all-important phase of going under contract and undergoing home inspections, appraisals, financing, and repairs. Amy is the detail guru that ensures a speedy and accurate real estate process and keeps clients happy and relaxed.
A Towson native, Amy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Meetings Management from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) specialized in Meetings Management. Prior to entering real estate, Amy spent seven years working as an Events and Wedding Coordinator.
Amy resides in Parkton, MD with her husband, Jimmy, her daughters, Kaley and Avery. She enjoys traveling, scuba diving, snowboarding and spending time with family and friends.
