Andrea Bailey

As the principal designer and owner of Staging by Andrea, Andrea Bailey stages some of Maryland's most inspiring and creative homes on the market. With over 1,000 houses staged since 2015, she knows what it takes to create a beautiful space with vibrant energy and clean convenience to reflect the diverse market of buyers in the state of Maryland. The key to Andrea's success is having a great product while providing warm, collaborative, attentive service—and she knows one does not succeed without both.

Sellers put a lot of effort into making their homes as presentable as possible for buyers—so that it looks like a page out of a magazine and sells faster. This is where Andrea comes in. She helps her clients with a multitude of services including, vacant staging, full stages, “walk & talk” consults, home or AirBnb design. And when Andrea partners with her clients, they feel secure in knowing the job will get done in a timely and professional manner with amazing results.

A respected member of the real estate community, Andrea helped co-found The Real Estate Staging Association for the Greater Baltimore region, where the mission is to advance professionalism and excellence in real estate staging. She currently serves on the board. Andrea's been cited on Apartment Therapy discussing design trends and is often sought out by local realtors to assist in the creation of their own marketing materials.

When Andrea isn’t helping a client stage a home, she is dedicating her time to serve others in need. She has traveled to Haiti multiple times to help rebuild the community after the 2010 earthquake, and also volunteers regularly for non-profit organizations No Kid Hungry, Generosity Feeds, The Lungevity Foundation, and The Pantry. Once a year, Andrea assists The House of Ruth by donating furniture and her time to furnish apartments for women and children in transition from abused homes.

Andrea was born and raised in Cape May, New Jersey and relocated to Maryland when she attended Towson University. A family woman with two children, she and her husband John are quite the dynamic duo at home and professionally. John is a Realtor with Cummings & Co. Realtors and the two have collaborated several times in the past.
