As a top producing real estate agent, I exclusively focus on helping homebuyers, sellers, and investors in a wide variety of Baltimore City neighborhoods and surrounding Maryland counties. With over 25 years of real estate experience, and as a former architect (with dual UVa degrees in Architecture and Architectural History) and corporate finance analyst, I provide unique and knowledgeable service for my clients.
I pledge my undivided attention to every client, from the day our listing agreement is signed through successful closing -- and tenacious, fierce, and effective property marketing campaigns. I understand that peace of mind and a comfortable experience during the process -- whether buying, selling, or investing -- are as important to my clients as the end result of the highest attainable selling price and fewest days on the market. To accomplish this, I have assembled a team of best-in-class photographers, videographers, stagers, graphic designers, and marketing and PR consultants in our region.
SENIORS REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST™ (SRES)
With a particular passion for helping seniors and their caregivers, I have earned the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and I am a preferred provider for Erickson Living. After struggling with personal challenges trying to help my own father deal with how his dementia impacted his life, I founded and direct the Senior Services Group (SSG), a juried network of 20 multidisciplinary member companies in Greater Baltimore, serving clients throughout Maryland, helping seniors, their families and caregivers navigate the complexities of the passages, decisions and transitions seniors face.
Giving back to my community is very important to me. I am the President of the Baltimore County Arts Guild and chair of the Beaux Arts Ball, as well as the board president of The South African Lacrosse Project—a charitable organization founded by my sons in 2007.
