Hi! I am Brian Magill, 4th generation real estate professional, born and raised in Baltimore County. I am a graduate of Towson High School ('01) and Virginia Tech ('05). First and foremost, I am the husband of a wonderful woman (Rachel), who is an administrator for Baltimore County Public Schools, and a father of two beautiful children (Owen and Ava).

An all time favorite professional 'read' of mine is "Start With The Why." I understand my clients go through a process which is typically their largest sale or purchase to date, which often involves some anxiety, frequently comes with a lot of excitement, and is sometimes emotional. I find so much joy in helping my clients and customers acheive successful sales of their properties, purchases of their homes, and take pride in the transaction from start until finish.

In my spare time I enjoy writing and recording music, playing golf, exploring history, and honestly all things creative. If I have not worked with you in the past, I look forward to the prospect of working with you in the future; and if I have worked with you before, I look forward to being of assistance at any time.

“Brian is such a Great Person, he always has a positive attitude, he smiles a lot and when you don't like something the buyers want you to do he explains things to you. I wanted to sell my house and buy a condo because I am a Senior Citizen and a Widow. I had another local Agent look at my house and she never said anything positive about my house. I felt that she did not like my house so therefor I thought my house would be hard to sell. I was very discouraged. I went over to MacPhail Woods to look at the new Condos they are building and talked to Brian. He came to my house and he was so positive about my house I could not believe the difference in his outlook on my house. He took really good pictures of my house and he put it on the Internet.
