Growing up in the charming Annapolis neighborhood of St. Margaret’s, she always had a spirit of adventure. At 22, she answered the call to serve, enlisting in the Army during Operation Desert Storm. After four years in Army Signal Intelligence, she continued her journey as a military spouse, living abroad, immersing herself in new cultures, and working as a government contractor in Germany.

Having relocated 16 times worldwide, Carolyn knows firsthand the stress of moving—and what it takes to make the process seamless. That experience fuels her passion for real estate, helping clients navigate transitions with confidence and ease. Now, as part of Cummings & Co.
