I began my career in residential construction, where I developed hands-on experience and knowledge in virtually every facet of the home building process. I supervised construction operations for a top-five national homebuilder, building both single-family and attached homes. Suffice it to say that I know houses from the ground up! I went on to sell new construction homes for over 14 years before transitioning into the general brokerage real estate industry. Selling homes is my passion. Over the course of my career I have participated in over 650 real estate sales transactions totaling over $270 million in volume. I am a 50-year resident of Howard County Maryland and have represented buyers and sellers in Howard, Carroll, Frederick, Washington, Montgomery, Baltimore, Harford, Anne Arundel, and Prince Georges Counties, and in Baltimore City.
