Diane Flohr

Diane Flohr is an accomplished Realtor with Cummings & Co. Realtors. Her passion for real estate ignited when she bought her first property in Baltimore City at 25-years old, and was instantly enthralled in what she’s dubbed the “journey” of the home buying process.

Before real estate, she taught third grade in the Anne Arundel County Public School system for seven years. Her teaching background has been a key contributor to her success. From the outset, Diane educates her buyers on what to expect, and her sellers on how to adequately market their property. She instinctively adapts to the needs of her “on the fence” buyers, and offers her undivided attention to manage their needs and goals along the way.

Diane is well-versed in real estate trends and the future development of Baltimore City, where she lived for 10 years, and Baltimore County, where she lives now. She also services Carroll, Harford, and Howard County areas. Diane calls Reisterstown “home” and dedicates her spare time to participating in community-driven events.

Diane is a graduate from Washington College with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development, and has a Maryland State Elementary Ed Teaching Certificate. She enjoys spending time with friends and traveling to the beach with her husband and two daughters. Diane is an avid sports fan and is always cheering for Baltimore’s beloved Orioles and Ravens teams.
