Bio
Effy holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She later obtained her M.A. in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University. Effy started her career as an Elementary school teacher and then became a Private Tutor before transitioning into Real Estate.
In 2006, Effy obtained her Real Estate license and since then has been through many cycles of the real estate market. “My experiences taught me valuable lessons about closely watching and adjusting to market conditions while giving sound guidance to clients to better position themselves,”. Over the years, Effy has proven a fierce advocate for her clients which has a big part of her continued success.
In 2020, she created her own team, “the Effy group” where she mentors and supervises over agents while maintaining a consistent level of excellence in service.
• Effy’s hobbies include photography, playing tennis, reading and going to the theatre.
• A couple fun facts about Effy is that she has her Scuba License and used to play Rugby in college!
