My full name is Renwick Glen James. I am a US citizen, migrated from Trinidad and Tobago. Ever since my College days, I was told that my name was too long. Instantly, everyone started addressing me as GLEN, and that henceforth became the name I officially adopted. I attended Newbury Junior College and the University of Massachusetts, in Boston, where I obtained an Associate in Business Administration/Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Psychology and a Master of Arts in Public Administration/Management. I did a one year Internship in the Office of the Governor of Massachusetts, House, Ways and Means Committee. Afterwards, I returned to Trinidad and Tobago, where I joined the then Neal & Massy Group of Companies, before opening my own consultancy company. Thereafter, I provided consultancy services for Government. I subsequently returned and continued my consultancy business. After dabbing in other business ventures, I became fascinated with the Real Estate industry and laid "my bucket down" in this industry. Certainly, it has become truly a labor of love for me.

A "Peoples's Realtor" That's how one of my clients referred to me after working with her consistently for one year, until we found the perfect home she wanted. She has been living in that home for the last 20 Years. Ever since, I aspired to maintain that reputation. My greatest satisfaction in doing this business is the the glow of smiles, joy and delight on my clients' faces when they buy or sell their homes. This ultimately means as much to me and even more than receiving a commission. I have been in the business in and out for approximately 20 years, partly because I engaged in Property Management for sometime. Indeed, my true love is assisting Buyers and Sellers in achieving their goals in Real Estate. While Out-of-State investors makes up a bulk of my business, my greatest satisfaction is achieved in placing First Time Home Buyers in homes of their choice with no Buyers' remorse. I have a slogan that I believe in: "WHY RENT, WHEN YOU CAN BUY". When you hire me as your Agent, I promise that your interest will be my paramount goal to achieve.
