Born and raised in York County, Heather Aughenbaugh is a full-time Pennsylvania Realtor proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout York, Adams, and the surrounding South Central Pennsylvania region. Since earning her real estate license in 2013, Heather has built a reputation for honest communication, exceptional service, and always putting her clients’ needs first.
Heather began her real estate career on one of York County’s top-producing teams before going out on her own five years ago. Three years ago, she and her husband, Shane, founded The Aughenbaugh Team. Today, Heather is consistently recognized among the top 1% of realtors in her local market.
