Born and raised in York County, Heather Aughenbaugh is a full-time Pennsylvania Realtor proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout York, Adams, and the surrounding South Central Pennsylvania region. Heather began her real estate career on one of York County’s top-producing teams before going out on her own five years ago. Three years ago, she and her husband, Shane, founded The Aughenbaugh Team. Today, Heather is consistently recognized among the top 1% of realtors in her local market. Her business is 100% referral-based, a testament to the trust she has earned and the lasting relationships she has built with her clients.
