Jamie's is detailed and specific whether it's offering a seller consultation and giving seller's advice on what to do with their current furnishings or filling an empty house with staging furniture. Every home is unique and Jamie has the ability to bring out it's best qualities, making sure that buyers see that in pictures and showings.
Jamie conducts a detailed seller consultation where she offers advice on everything from paint colors, rearranging furniture to make the room look as large as possible, decluttering, de-personalizing, making repairs, etc. Many times homeowners are stressed and overwhelmed, Jamie is mindful of this and provides information and support to alleviate that stress. She follows up with a detailed punch list of recommendations.
