She is very knowledgeable regarding the real estate market, the details and contractual procedures involved in buying or selling a property, and what it takes to accomplish a timely sale. Most recently she worked with us to sell a condominium in a crowded market. She gave us excellent advice on low cost improvements and staging which resulted in a sale the first day it was listed. She was able to see my property, give me an estimated sale price, and suggestions for some items at the house prior to putting back on the market very soon after we started talking. The house was on the market for a week with multiple showings where people were very interested. The showings resulted in an offer and the house was under contract after a week on the market for over asking.
