As a life long resident of Maryland, I love working in a career that combines my passion for real estate, community and people. For over a decade, I've served buyers and sellers in the Greater Baltimore market, focusing on integrity and partnership. My experience ranges from estate sales to first time home buyers. In my leisure time, you'll find me reading, getting in my steps, enjoying time with family including my new grandchild, listening to music and loving on animals, whether they are mine or other people's.

The Veterans Administration (VA) needed a plethora of information from the HOA before they would approve the loan. Nataliya was able to track all that down and stay a step ahead of the VA. This facilitated a quick closing so we were in the house before I started my new job.
Nataliya didn't stop there though. We knew we wanted to fix up a few things in the house before our furniture arrived. She had a contractor in the house literally the day we closed preparing to clear items off the home inspection list (the cost of which was covered by concessions she negotiated with the seller), new carpets went in the next day, and she recommended a cleaning service so everything was spotless when our moving truck pulled up.
