Juanita Manzanares is a member of the KGM Group of Cummings & Co. Realtors. Drawing on her twenty-seven-year corporate career in real estate and facility management, with a focus on construction projects, vendor negotiations, design and space utilization, she is a tenacious problem-solver with a keen ability to understand her clients’ values and needs.

A twenty-seven-year resident of the Greater Baltimore community, Juanita prides herself most on earning the trust of her clients through honesty, attentiveness, and consistently showing value. She has a refreshing reputation for friendly customer care and a proven ability to succeed in today’s ever-changing market. Juanita’s passion enables her to focus on the buyer’s or seller’s vision while keeping her trained eye on the physical integrity of homes and simultaneously delivering strong negotiations throughout the process. In addition to her fulltime career, Juanita is also an active member in her community architectural committee, a member of the Perry Hall Improvements Association and has been an active member of the animal rescue community since 2011 and currently volunteers for several breed specific rescues, specializing in Jack Russell Terriers.
