Bio

Julia joined Cummings and Co. Realtors in 2016 and works feverishly to ensure that every real estate transaction is documented correctly and complies with State regulations. She is also a part of Liz Sweeney’s team at Key Transaction Management, a full-service coordination company specializing in all aspects of the real estate process and exclusive partner of Cummings & Co. Realtors.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Julia attended Villanova University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Julia moved to Baltimore from Philadelphia in 2007, and now resides in Homeland with her husband and their two children.
