Julie Sawyer has joined the Philips Team which has over 40 years of real estate expertise in the Baltimore market. From the beginning stages of marketing, cultivating buyers, and helping sellers navigate through a competitive market, the home inspection process and appraisal challenges, the Philips Team has an exceptional track record of satisfied clients who continue to refer the Team to their friends and relatives.

After obtaining her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Mary Baldwin University, Julie honed her relationship-building skills, market analysis expertise and business acumen throughout her 25+ year career in sales and marketing. Julie is thrilled to bring her real estate clients her talent in developing trust, her ability to quickly understand priorities, her transparent and approachable communication style, and her personalized attention.

Julie was born and raised in Baltimore County. She and her husband, Doug, have three children, two sons and a daughter. Over the years, she has volunteered at her children’s schools and helped manage their sports teams. During Julie’s free time, now that she is an empty nester, she enjoys walking her labradoodle, playing pickleball and golf, and visiting her children, family and friends. Julie likes to be busy!
