Katie Fetchik

With over 20 years of managerial experience under her belt, Katie joined Cummings & Co. Realtors in 2018 as Perry Hall’s Office Administrator. She has her Real Estate License and Notary Public License. She has over 10 years in the Mortgage and Real Estate business and can easily assist both agents and clients when she greets them at the reception desk, guaranteeing they will always get the best service and a smile from her.

Katie earned her college degrees in English and Journalism. Her experience and knowledge prove to be very useful as she creates Cummings & Co. Realtors’ marketing emails. Katie is very active in the community, earning Service Award accolades with the Brokerage and with Baltimore County Public Schools' PTA. She enjoys spending her free time at her shore house and time on her boat with her family, husband, son and dog.
