Celebrating 10 years as a Realtor®, Meghan Hoffman launched her second career in real estate after working as an environmental educator with the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. With a strong foundation in science and education, Meghan brings a unique perspective to real estate—helping clients understand not only the buying and selling process but also the inner workings of a home. She takes time to explain key systems, the importance of inspections, and where a property stands in the lifecycle of its components, empowering clients to make informed decisions.

A proud Maryland native, Meghan grew up in Montgomery and Howard counties and has lived in Annapolis, Perry Hall, and now resides in Bel Air. She enjoys kayaking, hiking, gardening, and checking out the latest local restaurants. Meghan also loves to travel the world to experience new cultures and especially enjoys snorkeling in the Caribbean. Her travels have taken her to Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, France, and throughout much of the Caribbean—adventures that fuel her curiosity and broaden her perspective.

Meghan believes that education and communication are essential to a successful real estate experience. She takes great pride in the relationships she builds and is known for her dedication, providing 100% to every client and transaction to ensure a smooth and successful outcome.

“My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Meghan to purchase a property in Baltimore County. We were very impressed with her knowledge, honesty, and responsiveness. Early on in our search, we found a property that we thought would be perfect and Meghan was able to get us into see it immediately. Upon touring the house, it was obvious that there were some significant plumbing issues which concerned us due to my severe allergy to mold. Therefore, we thought it would be best to knock the house down and build a new one because we loved the location and it was a good deal. Meghan was very honest with us about the potential hurdles we would face with the home owner’s association and the very real possibility we would never get approval to demolish the original house. So, she urged us to keep looking. She quickly found us a beautiful piece of land that was twice the size of the other property, a good deal, and, ultimately, perfect for building our dream home. In the end, Meghan was more concerned that we found the right property than with making a quick sale, which speaks to her honesty and integrity as a realtor.
