Hi, I’m Meghan, a South Jersey native with a passion for people, homes, and dogs. After graduating from Towson University in 2007, I spent several years working in the nonprofit world with Special Olympics Maryland, an experience that grounded my belief in compassion, connection, and community.
I’ve brought those same values and connections into my work as a full-time Realtor for the past 9 years.
With a passion for helping people and strong understanding of the Baltimore real estate market, I am committed to helping as many buyers and sellers successfully accomplish their real estate goals. I believe real estate is about more than just property and it's my goal to make the experience stress-free and exciting.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me outdoors, planning my next travel adventure, or spending time with my family.

She guided us in structuring the offer so that it would be as strong as possible. Ultimately, our offer was accepted rather than another offer at a higher price because of the strength of our offer and Shannon’s professionalism.

When issues arose with the inspections, she guided us in identifying the corrections and then handled the negotiations with the buyer so they would make the corrections. She then followed up to make sure the corrections were properly completed.
Our offer included a fairly short time to close, so Shannon referred us to a loan officer who she trusted and knew would be able to get financing completed in a timely fashion, which they did.
Finally, we made the offer on the home, without seeing it. Shannon gave us a detailed view using FaceTime before we made the offer. She was our eyes and had learned our tastes, by previously looking at properties together. It was perfect.
