Melanie Merhar

Melanie joined Cummings & Co. in 2018 after starting in real estate administration in 2010. She started as the office administrator of the Timonium office and has worked in commissions and escrow for 5 years. Melanie holds a degree in Marketing from Towson University, and has vast experience assisting agents as a concierge and supporting office leadership. She resides in Parkville with her husband, son, and their rescue dog . In her free time, Melanie enjoys gardening, scuba diving, and traveling.
