My son’s medical retirement from the military has deepened my respect and care for military families. “Melodie and her team were absolutely fantastic in both finding an amazing home for my family AND with selling our old one. She was incredibly helpful, flexible and professional in searching for a home that made sense for us both in terms of space but finding us a "deal" or at least the best price we could get in the recent market. Our old home was sold to non-investors and at full asking! We took great care of it but still, you expect some negotiations but she had it all handled from the get-go and it closed within a month of us moving. Stars have to align for that stuff to go smoothly but Melodie was the one pushing those stars into alignment. 10/10 would recommend 😊 We love our house and don't anticipate moving but would definitely use Melodie again”
