Michelle came to real estate in 2012 after a career as a residential architect. As a Baltimore native, Michelle brings a perspective and expertise to both purchases and sales that most agents do not possess. This is particularly useful in Baltimore where so much of the housing stock consists of older, resale homes, often with historic meaning. Her buyers have appreciated her architect’s eye when evaluating homes for purchase. Often, she can see the possibilities below the surface, ways that a not-quite-perfect house can be expanded, reconfigured, or simply freshened up. Her sellers have benefited from the floor plans, design ideas, and staging advice that she can provide their listings. Her extensive knowledge of Baltimore city and the surrounding counties is helpful to first-time home buyers and those moving in from out of town.

“It was so easy to sell our house thanks to Michelle. She is truly a wonderful realtor and a lot of fun to work with. We have had the pleasure of working with Michelle to purchase our home several years ago. We had such a great experience that we called her back to be our listing agent when we needed to sell. As always she was professional and efficient with the paperwork and dealt with our crazy schedules and many, many questions about what we were signing. She patiently walked us through every page and we felt like we always knew what to expect and what came next in the process. She helped us locate a few professionals to come do some touch ups to the house and she also put us in touch with a professional stager for some furniture. We listed our home just before the COVID-19 pandemic and no one knew what to expect. Michelle made sure to advertise the home and held some showings with all the precautions in place.
