“Nataliya was awesome during the entire process of getting our first house! She listened thoughtfully and was patient with all of our questions. More importantly, she answered the questions we were not smart enough to ask. We were moving from out of state and before we even got here, she created a list of potential homes and then drove to them to give us a video tour of not only the house but the surrounding neighborhood. That made the process so much easier and efficient when we were actually able to physically tour homes. She guided us through the process of putting in an offer, and thanks to her guidance and expertise, it was accepted in less than a day. The Veterans Administration (VA) needed a plethora of information from the HOA before they would approve the loan. Nataliya was able to track all that down and stay a step ahead of the VA. This facilitated a quick closing so we were in the house before I started my new job. Nataliya didn't stop there though. We knew we wanted to fix up a few things in the house before our furniture arrived. She had a contractor in the house literally the day we closed preparing to clear items off the home inspection list (the cost of which was covered by concessions she negotiated with the seller), new carpets went in the next day, and she recommended a cleaning service so everything was spotless when our moving truck pulled up. Nataliya is fantastic and I highly recommend her to anyone. We could not have found the right house, closed on it, and moved as quickly and seamlessly as we did without her.”
