I've been a full time Realtor in Maryland since 1996. My background before Real Estate was computers and Customer Service Management so I always approach selling real estate as a service business. I'm currently living and working in Westminster MD. I am licensed in MD, PA, and DE.

I love working with new first-time buyers, step up buyers and longtime repeat clients. I’ve also worked with many investors over the years, flippers, and long-term real estate rental investors. I frequently handle rental listings from my clients.  I’ve had an excellent record of strong and reliable rental placements. I love showing properties and always try to have fun in the process. I’m with you during the purchase, from the search to the contract to the inspections and finally the settlement.
