Our mission is simple: We add value to individuals by providing outstanding service and expertise in residential home sales transactions.
With more than two decades of experience in real estate, the HomeFusion sales|staging team provides award winning service to our clients. We strive to delight our clients and provide value to everyone in each interaction. We are proudly affiliated with Cummings & Company Realtors.
Our primary business is residential real estate sales, working with both sellers and buyers in the Baltimore Metro area. We provide free staging consultations for all of our seller clients as part of our listing services, as well as referrals to local contractors who can help get your house ready for its close-up. Properly staging our listings, providing high quality listing images, and developing comprehensive marketing plans are the keys to selling our listings faster and for higher sales prices than our competition.
When we are working with buyers, our market knowledge and attentive coordination of pre-settlement activities ensures that our buyer clients get the best deals possible and have no unnecessary stress along the way. We also offer complimentary design consultations to our buyer clients after they have purchased a home.
