We picked him because we were impressed with his area knowledge and go-getter attitude. He helped us to stage the house so it could look as appealing as possible. He helped us set a price that was just right for a relatively fast sale. He was extremely knowledgeable of local contractors who could help us with needed repairs and upgrades. He organized well attended open houses and guided us through all the steps. He was creative during price negotiations with the buyer.
