I am a proud native of the Hereford Zone in Northern Baltimore County and a graduate of Notre Dame Preparatory School in Towson, MD. Growing up, my passion was sports, primarily soccer which carried me through my college career.

After graduating with a Business degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 2006, I immediately joined the workforce at my family’s business, Maryland Telephone Products as a Sales Representative. Then I began my drift into real estate by joining the commercial real estate research company, CoStar Group. Beginning in 2012, as the Listings and Marketing Manager for a real estate team at Berkshire Hathaway Penfed Realty in Federal Hill, I learned that residential real estate is the industry for me. I joined Krauss Real Property Brokerage as Listing Coordinator & Agent in 2015 and in the Summer of 2025, joined Cummings & Company Realtors. My customer service background combined with my love of interacting with people has helped to shape my drive and passion for the fast-paced and rewarding world of real estate.

After a stint as a bootcamp instructor at Patterson Park for Charm City Fitness, my passion for health and wellness has only continued to expand. In my spare time, you will find me on a Peloton bike or tread, or listening to a podcast usually on nutrition or business/marketing. Other hobbies include trips to the beach, playing with my kids, movie dates with my husband and watching the Ravens on crisp fall Sundays.

After living in Canton/Fells Point during my early adult years, I made the move back to my hometown of Freeland, MD just minutes from the home that I grew up in. Now I live in Parkton with my husband, Casey, three children, Frankie, Mason and Olivia. and our dog, Bo. Raising my children in Hereford has always been a dream of mine and to see it come to fruition along with a career that involves helping others see how special Hereford truly is, is a blessing that I do not take lightly.

“Shannon assisted us in finding a new home in Westminster. We are moving from Minneapolis so she provided great insight about the market. She guided us in structuring the offer so that it would be as strong as possible. Ultimately, our offer was accepted rather than another offer at a higher price because of the strength of our offer and Shannon’s professionalism. She then guided us through the inspection process and identified inspectors for us and helped coordinate the process. When issues arose with the inspections, she guided us in identifying the corrections and then handled the negotiations with the buyer so they would make the corrections. She then followed up to make sure the corrections were properly completed. Our offer included a fairly short time to close, so Shannon referred us to a loan officer who she trusted and knew would be able to get financing completed in a timely fashion, which they did. Finally, we made the offer on the home, without seeing it. Shannon gave us a detailed view using FaceTime before we made the offer. She was our eyes and had learned our tastes, by previously looking at properties together. It was perfect. I am a retired real estate lawyer, a licensed Minnesota real estate broker and residential real estate developer. I have been involved in the sale of over 2,500 lots in the Twin Cities and in the course of doing so I have worked with more realtors than I can remember.
