"When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life." I felt naturally drawn to real estate at a young age, having read the Real Estate section in the newspaper in my teens & following what homes would sell for in my neighborhood & surrounding areas.

Following that strong pull towards real estate, I obtained my real estate license in 2014. In 2020, the real estate market was heating up & big changes were coming. I felt that equipping myself with further education was going to be key to my success. In 2023, I started the journey towards obtaining my GRI designation & then my Associate Broker designation (total of 120 hrs combined). After completing the CE, you have to sit for a State test & pass. The experience was one of the most challenging of my life, but the word PASS on that screen was BITTERSWEET.

The profession is both challenging & rewarding - I LOVE IT! No 2 days are the same & you need to always be on your game. As a real estate professional, I have also owned & managed rental properties for over 20+ years & have dealt with many facets of the real estate industry, such as purchase & sale of properties, screening tenants, managing rental properties, maintenance of properties, efficient record keeping, resolving lease issues & maintaining properties up to local /state codes ++.

While working as a Realtor/Associate Broker, I have assisted sellers, buyers & investors in real estate transactions by applying my knowledge, experience & expertise in the industry to allow for successful closure of transactions. I believe relationship building is the core of a successful real estate career.

I currently work F/T at Cummings & Co Realtors as a Realtor/Associate Broker in MD & PA. I am a native of Baltimore County & currently reside in northern Balto County (Hereford zone) w/my husband where we have lived here for 28+ years & have raised 3 children (& 2 dogs).
