Three decades in the game. I have been buying, selling, building, and developing real estate across Maryland and Pennsylvania since 1993 and I'm showing no signs of slowing down. Consistently recognized as a Top Producing Realtor in sales volume, my 2025 numbers exceeded $35 million.
My expertise spans the full spectrum: Commercial Real Estate, Large Acre Land, and Residential sales both new construction and existing homes. As Owner and President of Belfast Group LLC, a Building, Renovation, and Restoration firm serving Maryland and Pennsylvania, I bring a builder’s eye and a developer’s instinct to every transaction. It’s a combination my clients can’t find anywhere else.
Home is Butler, Maryland a quiet corner of picturesque horse country where I reside with Jennifer, my wife and business partner and our two young adult daughters. A Baltimore native through and through, I know every neighborhood, every street, and every hidden gem this city has to offer. Clients don’t just get a Realtor, they get someone who genuinely loves Charm City and everything surrounding it.
