Tracy has extensive experience in both the listing side and the sale side of real estate. Starting in 2003, primarily as a sellers’ agent, she enjoyed the benefits of a growing industry, the frenetic pace, and the exciting challenge of helping sellers manage multiple competitive offers. As a listing agent, Tracy’s customer service strengths are her communications skills, her accessibility and her attention to detail. From the beginning stages of marketing, cultivating buyers, and helping sellers navigate through the home inspection and appraisal challenges, Tracy has a successful track record of satisfied clients who continue to refer her to their friends and relatives.
As a buyers’ agent, Tracy enjoys helping relocation clients, assisting growing families looking for something larger, and empty nesters wanting to downsize. She enjoys working with first time home buyers and seasoned buyers alike. Having relocated here herself, she has an insiders’ appreciation for the relocation process which can be quite daunting. Tracy loves the search, and the thrill of helping her clients find their beloved home.
