Since 2005, Wayne has dedicated his professional life to the real estate industry. He spent the very beginning of his career inspecting HUD homes and working with tenants and landlords. This experience helped him to open a Property Management company which his assistant, Stephanie White, still runs to this day. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Hospitality, being numbers numbers-based, steeped in data, and people focused has served Wayne tremendously with his clients. His passion for client service is truly inspiring as he has made it his mission to provide such an amazing experience for his clients buying or selling their home that they have the confidence and comfort required to refer him to their friends and family members who are also looking to make a move or just need a consultant in their corner.
