Yu’s journey into real estate was sparked by her innate desire to help others, a trait that shone through her earlier years working at several outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics across several states. As a graduate from Rutgers University, Yu has always embarked on a path marked by compassion and dedication.
With a 6-year background as a Transaction & Listing Coordinator, Marketing & Operations Manager for a small real estate team in MD, Yu transitioned into a real estate agent in 2019 using her accumulated expertise and commitment to excellence, as well as her deep connections with other agents. Yu centers on understanding her clients’ needs and empowering them with knowledge, ensuring they grasp every facet of the real estate journey. She truly believes that education, open communication, trust, and relationship building are the keys to a positive experience during what can be a stressful milestone for clients. Her years of working side-by-side with her clients have been truly rewarding.
In addition to her expertise in residential real estate, Yu works alongside her husband with investment properties & property management throughout the state and has a great understanding of the investment world.
Beyond Yu’s professional pursuits, Yu spends a lot of time on outdoor activities or traveling with her husband, step-kids and two dogs. Additionally, her commitment to community shines through her active involvement with Junior League, military events & the Community Involvement Committee with Maryland Realtors.
